So, you’ve found our Store – what next?

You’ll need to create an account either before or after you’ve had a browse around.

Top right of screen you’ll see My Account:

… where you’ll Create an Account as well as return here to log in next time with your email address and password:

Your account page is where you’ll amend your personal details as well as access the learning platform to complete your learning. You can quickly and easily re-order courses for more of your team and keep an eye on those course “credits” which is the currency behind the scenes which you’ll “spend” when you start your learning:

Use the search bar to start your search for courses:

… and add your choice to your basket:

Let’s have a look around your shopping basket in a bit more detail:

Before you complete your purchase, if there’s anything you want to change, or if you’d like to take advantage of a discount voucher, pick View and Edit Basket:

To remove a course pick Remove item:

To apply a discount code open up the dropdown as shown:

Type your discount code and press Apply Discount:

Your purchase summary will update and you’re now ready to go to the checkout:

To change your quantities simply type in your new values and press Update Shopping Basket:

.. and all discounts will be recalculated accordingly:

At the checkout, we accept all major credit cards, simply enter your card details where shown and press Place Order:

If the Store that you are visiting is set up to enable payment by purchase order then you will see this option on the payment page:

Pick this option and make sure that you have included all of the mandatory required fields (including a Purchase Order number that we can invoice you against) then the Place Order button will become active for you to press and complete your order:

If you need to go back to your shopping cart to make further changes then use your browser back button:

 When completed you’ll get a confirmation email from us:
