We’re going to be retiring some of our older trusted reporting tools, which is a big step forward for us and for you. For some customers, these tools will be removed completely; for others, they’ll still be available for a while but will no longer be supported by our Help team.

What’s coming?

We are often asked for the occasional new feature, and one consistent requirement that you have is to be able to download your own completion data, in a format that suits you best, so that’s just one of the things we’re doing.

We've also got some great news for your learners. They've always been able to access their courses on any device, but their experience is about to get even better. Soon, they'll find faster, smoother, and simpler courses, especially on mobile. The fresh new look isn't just easier on their eyes, it will also help them learn quicker and retain more.

Your course builder is getting a major upgrade, it's now Easy Content Builder. You'll find it easier to build high-quality courses faster, improving productivity.
