Looking at individual learner results

This tool allows you to look at the learning results of individual learners – the time they’ve spent learning, when they last visited a specific course, and details about any expired learning. It’s a useful tool if you, for example, want to find out which learners haven’t completed a specific course, so that you can potentially remind them!

From your dashboard, select Reporting.

Just below your team’s overall completion widget, you’ll see your team’s individual percentage completion. Pick View for the person whose course progress you’d like to see:

This is a visual report:

It will:

  • Show you the individual’s overall completion percentage
  • Show you exactly what courses have and have not been completed
  • Enable you, as a manager, to download a certificate for your team member for each completed course
  • Enable you to pick from a view of Mandatory or Non-Mandatory courses, so you can focus on what’s most important for your team

“That’s fabulous, so as long as you know where someone works, you can find them and see their individual performance?” I hear you say. (Sounds like there’s a ‘but’ coming…)

“… but isn’t there an easier way to search for an individual’s progress without having to navigate through?”

Yes, there is!

Just head over to the Learners section on your dashboard, search for the person whose progress you want to see and pick Learner Performance from the More dropdown menu.
